Characteristic of our machine
1. Automation, can upload all die information to one machine in one time, then copy to other machines, we use Siemens system.
2. According to the characteristics of the product, the molding speed of the punch can be reduced during material processing to achieve the best molding speed of the product.
3. Gear shaft is made of high-strength alloy 42CrMo, adopt intermediate frequency processing and grinding processing for each side, which have long service life
4. All open-point punches standard hydraulic lubrication piping adopts ᶲ6, and medium and large-scale punching hydraulic lubrication piping adopts ᶲ8, which is not easy to be blocked or broken, ensuring the safety and smoothness of the lubricating oil path
5. High precision and high stability, 0-0.02mm deviation on left and right crankshaft, avoid unilateral stress and broken shaft
