SOUNDPROOF PLASTIC CRUSHER MACHINE

Description:

1.Double layer feeding hopper, filled with sound insulation materials, to reduce noise;

2.The crushing chamber is integrally processed after welding with thickened steel plates.

3.Tool holder is processed by wire cutting of a whole steel plate;

4.The central shaft and tool rest are assembled by oil pressure, without welding to avoid deformation of the central shaft.

5.The top knife block and the knife rest are cut from the same thick steel plate without welding and falling off, so as to avoid welding slag; 6.lt is made of alloy inlaid steel, with high knife edge hardness, and it is more wear-resistant when breaking fiber reinforced plastic;

7.The whole machine adopts a closed double-layer structure and is lined with sound insulation cotton; Reduce the noise during crushing. 8.Concentric dynamic balance process is adopted for crushing rotor to ensure smooth operation;

9.The body is made of thickened steel plate, which is welded integrally after fine milling and chamfering;

10.Motor reverse phase sequence protection, motor overheating protection.
